Hello I am Teacher Portia!

I have studied psychology back at University and wanted to pursue my career in the field of education since then.

Therefore, I have started to engage in teaching and different children-related working experiences for the past 8 years. Since education is not just about learning in a sole area, all the areas are interrelated and have to be taken care of.

With my past experiences, I believe that all children can be taught and shaped into a better version of themselves with the right education and under an enjoyable environment. Thus, it has always been my aim to create a fun atmosphere and provide sufficient guidance, to allow my students to process and learn freely within the boundaries. I am confident and delighted to say that there are significant progresses on all my students over time!

Hello, I am Teacher Amanda!

I have been sure that I am going to work for kids since I was a teen. With a few years of experience in Psychology and Child Development field, I get to meet and educate children from different backgrounds. These experiences assured my passion and motivation to become a kids’ worker.

Education is essential and critical to young age children, not only passing on knowledge but also teaching values, attitude and skills. I believe that children have unlimited potentials to learn, but it is more important that we could explore their possibilities and  provide them with the most suitable education.

Learning should be a fun, attractive, and entertaining process that empowers children. Seeing them enjoying their learning would be the most satisfying moment at work.

Hello, I’m teacher Vivian.

I have always had a passion to work in the educational sector. The importance of an opening opportunity later on in life and being the caring person I am, I think everyone should have a right to that.

My role as a teacher is to try and inspire children and help them thrive when it comes to learning. I had studied in the United Kingdom for 6 years. Returned to Hong Kong with a greater passion and knowing what my goals in life are. I've been teaching for the past 6 years and feel I have also continued to grow as a teacher for the benefit of my pupils.

Not every pupil is the same and sometimes it takes a wise head to take on board a pupil's needs and then to get it across to them in a way that they can digest it. It makes pupils enjoy themselves and want to do more, which is how you truly learn something. Progression is the driving factor but the true reward for me is knowing that the pupil is going to make use of and benefit themselves from what I have taught them for the rest of their life.

Hello! I am teacher Wing.

I had been studying and working in England for the last 8 years. I attained a bachelor degree in psychology and a master degree in mental health studies. I have experiences working in nursery and research labs specialising in young children language development. Working with young children has been an absolute pleasure and remains an intriguing field for me to explore.

Learning english should be a constructive and enjoyable journey. From my perspective as a teacher, a combination of entertaining elements and the right amount of motivation would help students achieving their full english potential. Every child is like an unexploited gem and I look forward to exploring and amplifying their aptitude alongside their growth.

Hello there! I am Teacher Alex.

Growing up with a big family, I have always been surrounded by children. Their endless curiosities, energy and limitless potential have inspired me to become an English teacher: driven by a sense of empathy, attention to detail, and patience.

I create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels heard, valued, and understood, paying close attention to their individual needs, and providing guidance for their linguistic growth. By celebrating their wins and providing encouragement, young learners are empowered to take risks, make mistakes, and learn.

As an English teacher, my goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating space for children to thrive and embark on a journey of growth and language development.
